A simple local delivery log
Set a target in mass or volume, enter the expected payload and add each delivery from its ticket. The tracker orders entries chronologically and calculates delivered quantity, target remaining, over-delivery, average load and the estimated number of further payloads.
remaining = maximum of 0 and target − delivered
estimated remaining loads = remaining ÷ expected payload, rounded up
Worked example
A job targets 100 t of Type 1 with an expected 20 t payload. Tickets for 19.8 t, 20.3 t and 19.6 t give 59.7 t delivered, 40.3 t remaining and an estimated three further loads when rounded up. Actual final loads may differ, so record the ticket quantity rather than assuming every vehicle carries its expected payload.
Local storage, export and recovery
The current job is saved automatically using versioned browser storage. Older supported records are migrated when reopened. The data is tied to this browser profile and may be removed by private browsing, storage cleanup or device loss. CSV export is the portable record; print provides a field summary. Neither action uploads data to SiteCalculators.
Using the tracker responsibly
- Copy the quantity and reference directly from the actual delivery document.
- Use the same measurement system and quantity basis for the target, payload and every entry.
- Do not mix tonnes and volume without a documented material density conversion.
- Check duplicate tickets before adding an entry.
- Export the record before deleting the complete job or clearing browser storage.
Frequently asked questions
Does this replace a weighbridge or delivery system?
No. It is a convenience log of values you enter. It cannot authenticate tickets, verify material or prove delivered quantity.
Can I use cubic metres or cubic yards?
Yes. Select delivered volume. Metric jobs use cubic metres; US customary jobs use cubic yards. Keep every entry on the same basis.
Can SiteCalculators recover my job?
No. The job is not sent to a server or linked to an account. Keep a CSV export if the record matters beyond this browser.
